We are partnering with a US technology business that are looking to hire a HR Director to work closely with the CEO and to devise and implement the HR strategy and lead the further development of the function.
You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and programs in talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership and coaching across Europe.
* Partner with HR leadership to design and implement the human capital strategy across the organization. Provides input based on business needs and regional requirements and drives leadership commitment to the strategy.
* Lead and embed talent management practices into the regional business strategy including performance management, talent review and succession.
* Partner with leaders to deliver change initiatives.
* 12-15 years HR experience.
* Global experience working in emerging markets and familiar with foreign national and contractor workforces.
* Demonstrated record of delivering HR strategy and initiatives.
* Bilingual or fluent - Spanish, French, Dutch or German (Essential requirement)
* Experience in a division of a complex, matrix business.
