Our client is a provider of mission-critical and hosted software solutions across multiple sectors. The business has grown over the past decade through acquisitions without integration so needs to realign its people agenda with a number of key and exciting projects to move to the next stage of growth to support investors.

Are you an efficient and flexible HR Consultant that has worked in a fast paced / hi growth business? Have you had exposure to Organisation Develpoment & Talent Development?

The business has grown over the past few years through acquisitions without clear integration so following a change of senior leadership and direction we are looking to appoint on an interim basis a senior HRD through a period of business change. The business has been historically managed with loose principles and as part of a major restructuring there is a requirement for a stronger set of central functional management including HR.

The client is looking for a senior interim resource for a period of 6-9 months to lead a medium sized team mainly UK based.

Key initiatives are divided into 2 parts firstly supporting restructuring and secondly group wide resource development initiatives

Support the business combination of several businesses which could involve

* Formal redundancy process of c 50 employee in the UK
* Closure of a European business
* Combination of back office across UK offices
* Development of Group wide development succession initiatives
