Digby Morgan is proud to partner with a leading global FMCG firm based in the Uxbridge area who are currently seeking an HR Business Partner to support their regional Supply Chain function.

As the HRBP you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the Leadership Team on all strategic designing related to the people plan and agenda
  • Leading continuous improvement and reviews of deliverables related to the people plan
  • Collaborating with wider HR function to drive unity across initiatives and deliverables
  • Supporting delivery of the L&D agenda (talent planning and development) for Supply Chain function
  • Leading and facilitating ER matters for the function in conjunction with specialist ER team
  • Leading on etensive labour relations matters in parternship with trade unions
  • Oversight an delivery of change and transformation programmes
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting and financials related to people costs and targets

Required Experience:

  • Extensive experience working in an HR Business Partnering capacity driving and executing strategic people planning
  • Leading on labour relations initiatives with Trade Unions through pay negotiations, change management (site wide change on T+C's, shift patterns, structures).
  • Able to demonstrate sound interpretation, understanding, and application of employment law, case law and associated best practices
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Well-developed planning, project management, and organisational skills
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent desirable
  • Trade Union Negotiation skills i.e GAP Negotiator course or equivalent desirable
