Great opportunity to join an exciting new financial services brand based in Surrey. The organisation is passionate about being different and innovative. This role for an HR Business Partner is a senior hire in the department and will have a key part to play in helping to develop the function and direction of the business.

The HR Business Partner will take full operational and strategic responsibility for their business working collaboratively with the wider HR function. You will have complete ownership, ensuring successful delivery of the people plan, supporting on both BAU as well as stragegic added value projects.

* You will have substantial HR experience in commercial corporate sectors providing both operational and strategic support
* You will have worked as an HR Business Partner for a couple of years, honing your ability to influence, coach and advise senior management
* The role will demand a strong generalist knowledge across the whole employee life cycle (resourcing, ER, reward, L&D)
* You will demonstrate the ability to influence and partner senior leaders in developing their people strategies.
* You will have the ability to resolve complex HR issues.
* You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate commercial advice to challenging stakeholders
* You will have a problem-solving mind-set to develop creative approaches and solutions
* You will be able to deal with ambiguity and change comfortably
* CIPD qualification is desirable
