Salary: £60,000 FTE

Digby Morgan is partnered with a global aviation services firm who are presently seeking an immediately available HR Business Partner for a 9-month FTC (Maternity Leave Cover).

This is a multi-site role covering the UK South with the Headquarters in Heathrow. Please note, this role will be working from home until lock-down guidelines are revised.

Reporting into the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner is responsible for a number of sites across the South supporting this organisation through an immense period of change and transformation.

The HRBP must have:

  • 5-8 years of generalist HR experience, with at least 3 years at the HR Business Partnering level
  • Ability to travel to various sites throughout the UK South
  • Demonstrated expertise leading on major employee relations issues and change programmes
  • Extensive experience leading on TUPE transfers and restructurings
  • Strong foundation in employment legislation and compliance
  • Ability to coach and support management and employee population through difficult changes
  • Exceptional process and people management skills
  • CIPD qualification
