A dynamic, people-focused organisation is looking to recruit a talented HR Business Partner to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional who is looking for a true generalist role with exposure to strategic decision making and high profile stakeholders.

This position is offering the successful candidate a high level of autonomy and exposure within the business. This is a Not-for Profit Organisation which prides itself on its people and offers great benefits which reflect this outlook. Based in Central London.

Role includes;

- Management of full recruitment life cycle

- Evaluation and development of a new HRIS

- Leading on Training Needs Analysis for the fund

- Creation and execution of a People Plan

- Talent Management and Succession Planning

- Expertise in monitoring and interpreting HR Analytics

- Supporting Head of HR on change management and re-structuring plans

- Supporting Head of HR on Strategic Projects

- Initiating performance improvement plans

The ideal candidate will be a confident, motivated professional, who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with a high level of autonomy. Professional HR experience at a similar level is required, and experience of working in the Charity sector is desired.
