Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

* Support the Lead HR BP with the achievement of overall business objectives and identifying HR improvements
* Partner with business areas to set the people plan strategy and working with the management team to deliver
* Provide project management and HR leadership for all people related impacts arising from the functions and the Central HR team
* Strategic development of HR initiatives with members of L&D, Reward and HR Ops to deliver a streamlined service to the business
* Proactively identify, own and manage areas of concern from within business areas and working collaboratively to create a fit for purpose solution for the business
* Manage complex Employee Relations cases and provide guidance and coach line managers on procedures such as disciplinary and grievance, probationary periods and absence management
* Provide support in the appraisal and objective setting process from training and coaching in performance


* Substantial HR experience (operational and strategic) in a commercial environment
* Corporate Functions experience specifically supporting a IT function
* Proven ability to develop a good understanding of business issues and how to identify and deliver HR interventions and solutions to meet business needs
* Strong ER experience
* HR Generalist knowledge, (i.e. Resourcing, Reward, Talent & Development)
