Global leading consultancy / professional services client looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner HR Advisor to cover its UK & EMEA regions. Have you covered a UK & EMEA client groups? This is a 12m maternity cover for one of the world leading information providers. If you have worked for a mid sized business also LLP / partnerships experience a massive plus.

The role

HR Generalist to cover a maternity leave for a minimum of 12 months based in the London office. This position will report to the Senior HR Manager with various HR duties as below.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

* Arranging the onboarding and offboarding of staff and all tasks related to starters and leavers
* Dealing with any HR queries from staff
* Preparing contracts of employment and offer letters
* Advising the business and key stakeholders on HR related matters
* Working closely with Senior HR Manager on employment issues
* Assisting with the annual review process
* Processing HR related invoices for payment
* Providing timely information to payroll to ensure all information is received in time
* Assisting Senior HR Manager with the salary review process
* Following up on HR issues from client group
* Working with Global Mobility in the US on any internal transfer/visa/immigration issues
* Tracking staff probation dates and following up on any issues with client groups
* Updating the HR systems (Workday/Agresso) with relevant changes
* Liaising with the Office Managers in the European offices

Skills & Knowledge:

* Ideally Educated to Degree level
* Previous experience of working in HR role in a corporate environment, ideally with previous experience of supporting an international group too
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Outstanding verbal and written skills
* Previous experience of HR systems ideally workday
* CIPD Qualification or part qualification required
* Must be confidential, discreet and have strong interpersonal skills
* Good attention to detail
