The role will involve working with Senior HR Business Partners & other specialists, proactively contributing to the delivery of associated people activities - including resourcing, managing talent, organisational development, employee relations, change management, and cultural transformation.

This successful candidate will help to support three client groups including the UK sales and ops team and private client advisers as well as the MD and senior leadership team.


* Build and sustain effective working relationships, engaging and influencing senior and key stakeholders
* Identify and implement HR deliverables and interventions required to deliver the business plan
* Identify people practices and initiatives to support business aims and culture ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, policy and best practice
* Work in partnership with the business and Senior HR Business Partners to ensure the delivery of projects and services in line with the HR strategy & business strategies
* Ownership & delivery of key projects as identified with the business, meeting the key result areas of each project
* Facilitate the development of a high performance culture and building organisational capability within the business
* Employee relations advice and guidance in respect of complex employee relation issues

The ideal candidate will have proven HR BP experience within a financial services environment. They will be open to challenges, ambitious, pragmatic and be able to provide sound commercial advice.

Previous experience supporting a sales team would beneficial.
