A global health care provider is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.

Due to an internal promotion and exciting expansion plans in place the successful candidate will be joining the organisation at a very busy time, therefore being able to jump straight into the role and being able to work in a fast paced environment is essential.

Whilst reporting into the HR Manager, this is a very generalist position which requires knowledge and first hand experience dealing with ER issues, supporting key stakeholders, helping with the current talent strategy and working alongside a large number of commercial clients.

Key responsibilities:



* Working with business leaders to create a high performance culture.
* Create an environment that aligns with the companies core values.
* Work with client leaders to support delivery of their people strategy.
* Facilitate talent management and succession planning across your client groups
* Support line managers through handling of complex employee relations issues

Experience:



* CIPD Qualified
* Experience working within a large fast paced organisation.
* Ideally experience working within the pharmaceutical/health care sector.
* At least 3 years experience working as a HR Business Partner.
* Knowledge of handling complex ER issues.
* Advanced PC Skills including Excel and Word.
* Able to demonstrate success within a team environment.

This role is immediately available with interviews taking place as early as next week, with an immediate start date.

Salary circa £50K per annum (pro-rota for the 6 months)
