About Our Client

This is an opportunity to work for a unique organisation tasked with improving our cities through technological innovation. Working for this partly government funded company from conceptual offices only a few stops from Liverpool Street station you will be part of a small dedicated HR team.

This organisation partners city leaders, businesses, local authorities and universties on projects aimed at improving the economies of thier cities.

Job Responsibilities:

As the successful applicant you will be tasked with creating a positive work environment by ensuring people management best practice is at the core of the organisation making it a great place to work!

You will support the HR & Corporate Serivces Director on strategic HR projects including management and leadership development, apprenticships, coaching, OD, reviews, and the creation and delivery of training.

You will also partner managers within your dedicated business unit providing advice and guidance and ensuring best practice. Your responsibilties will also include the management of the recruitment process, maintenance of payroll and the integrity of HRIS for your dedicated business group.

Preferred Skills:

You will be a HR generalist with strong ER skills as well as demonstrable experience of all the generalist areas of HR.

Ideally CIPD qualified or degree educated.
