As the HRBP you play a significant role in the delivery and further development of the HRs & People strategy across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

* First point of contact for HR general queries including recruitment, payroll, benefits and L&D Programs
* Manage all local HR administration processes and systems including but not limited to, onboarding, employee lifecycle and employee exiting
* Assist with the rollout of company-wide HR Programs, such as performance management, compensation planning, succession planning, total reward, talent acquisition and global mobility.
* Support the Recruitment Process, including Agency Management, Candidate Attraction and Offer Management.
* Provide support and guidance in relation to the disciplinary, TUPE and redundancy processes (in addition to other more advanced HR processes).
* Designs and delivers training to all line managers to ensure they are fully equipped to enable them to manage disciplinary, grievance, appeals and performance management processes

To succeed in this role you will have extensive experience working within a Human Resources environment, advising on HR policy and practice, and have a good knowledge of employment law and HR governing policy.
