Digby Morgan is partnered with a global FMCG firm who are presently seeking an HR Business Partner on a Part-Time basis to join their high-performing team. This is a 60% work week with 3 full days or 5 reduced days.

This is a manufacturing environment where you will be partnering with a high-performing leadership group and their teams. You will be partnering with the business in a generalist capacity to understand their requirements and capabilities in order to better support in enhancing performance through advisory and programmes

As the HRBP you would be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the delivery and compliance of HR policies, procedures, and legislation
  • Manage employee relations and industrial relations, particularly relationship building with the Trade Unions
  • Line manage direct reports in HR team
  • Drive talent development initiatives
  • Lead on all change management and cultural integration pieces
  • Consult management team on salary/pay negotiations
  • Ad-hoc generalist duties and projects as required


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • HR Business partnering expertise in a generalist capacity for at least 5-7 years
  • HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing employee relations and industrial relations in a unionised environment
  • Confidence to partner with leadership team and drive HR agenda across all levels
