A global company who have been listed in the Sunday Times 'Best Small Companies to Work For' on three consecutive occasions, are looking to increase their HR team with an experienced HR Assistant who is passionate about a career within HR.

Whilst working for this incredibly exciting and unique organisation you will be working with the HR Manager and supporting the wider team and partners to help the company achieve its project goals and this years objectives.

Developing strong relationships across the business is key for this role therefore the successful applicant will need to be very confident and able to communicate with all members of the team including Key Stakeholders.

You will be involved with a number of key projects and there is scope to develop and grow to help achieve your own personal goals within the HR sector.

Key Responsibilities:



* Assisting with recruitment, including drafting job descriptions, advertising, reviewing applications, setting up and conducting interviews, and handling the offer process.
* Running and reviewing the general induction process to ensure it is consistent and relevant to the practice.
* Organising and reviewing the work experience programme.
* Monitoring training requests and arranging training.
* Organising and conducting probation and annual appraisals with the HR Manager.
* Collating and inputting accurate monthly payroll information.
* Employee benefits administration.
* Ensuring accurate information on all partners is kept up to date.
* General administration and filing.
* Keeping up to date with employment law changes and ensuring all policies are up to date.

Software skills required:



* Proficient in all Microsoft Outlook packages.
* Experience with payroll and HR systems.

About you:



* A minimum of one year's experience working within HR - exposure to administrative tasks and employee relations, including health and wellbeing campaigns, would be ideal.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive, innovative, resourceful and self-motivated.
* Organised and methodical, with an emphasis on efficient time management.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Approachable, helpful and thrives in a supporting role.

Salary/Benefits:



* £25K to £30K depending on experience.
