A private investment management/financial services firm is looking to expand their London based HR function by adding an experienced HR Assistant to the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a competent HR professional, who is determined to develop their skills, and gain great exposure within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The premise of the role is provide high quality, proactive and comprehensive HR Administrative support to the Head of Human Resources and to line managers and employees within the London offices.

Role Requirements:

- Supporting the full employment lifecycle

- Coordination of inductions for new starters and preparation of new starter packs

- Management of HR Information Systems

- Ability to provide HR advice and guidance to line managers eg. Maternity leave/Special leave/employee relations

- Ensuring all monthly payroll inputting is completed according to the payroll service providers timelines

- Supporting HR processes such as disciplinary/grievance, performance appraisals

- Production of any contracts, letters and other documentation as required

- Supporting the Head of HR on full recruitment process

- Strong knowledge of Employment Law

This role offers great exposure to senior stakeholders and the scope to learn and develop within the company. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, highly organised HR professional, who has strong IT skills and enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team environment. HRAssistant/Administrator experience in a similar role and environment is a requirement.
