Randstad are excited to be partnering with a well established and reputable organisation in the Construction Industry, seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their HR function.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a friendly and supportive HR function. You will be responsible for the South and East Regions, looking after all HR activities within. A strong focus will be on Employee Relations matter, TUPE and Redundancy Consultations.


  • Experience of working at an Advisory level.
  • Experience in a Generalist HR position, covering all aspects of HR
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations matters and have been involved in Redundancies and TUPE.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to work to your own initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
