This role is based at one of the most iconic and historic sites in London. We are looking to recruit a Human Resources Advisor who will report into the Human Resources Manager and form part of a close knit HR team. You will assist the HR Management team in providing a professional HR service aimed at attracting, retaining and developing high calibre staff. Supporting a client group of approximately 300, most of who are sited in London but with up to 60 based in Northern Ireland, you will have the opportunity to assist the HR Manager, stakeholders and staff to ensure the organisation's vision, cause and strategy is achieved.

You will manage individual recruitment campaigns from beginning to end; ensuring recruitment is conducted effectively and efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to organise and assist in running and preparing for assessment centres. Staff turnover is low and engagement is high however a high number of seasonal workers make recruitment an important part of the role. You will also actively advise line managers and staff on the application of HR policies and processes and support them on performance management issues around conduct, capability and attendance. This is a generalist role so you will also have the opportunity to coordinate the delivery of HR projects.

To succeed in this role you will be a HR Advisor with experience as a generalist. You will be an experienced recruiter, ideally with some exposure to assessment centres. You will have ER exposure and will have been involved in disciplinary hearings and grievances and will be confident with analysis of reports and HRIS. It is imperative that you are commercially aware and have a good understanding of how customer experience is key to the success of the organisation.
