An experienced HR Generalist is required to join the NHS based in Surrey on a permanent contract, available immediately.

The successful candidate will preferably come from an NHS or Public Sector background and be able to support the Head of HR in a generalist capacity whilst providing advice and guidance to the line managers on operational HR issues.

Key responsibilities:

* Handling complex ER issues.
* Dealing with all relevant case work including disciplinary cases, grievances, sickness and absence etc.
* Support line managers with their operational HR issues.
* Provide advice and guidance in relation to contract changes or queries.
* Conducting exit interviews and analysing the data to provide constructive feedback to key managers whilst developing an action plan.
* Communicate all HR policies and procedures whilst making sure legislation is kept up to date.
* Assist with the L&D function in designing and delivering new initiatives and policy awareness.


* CIPD Qualified
* NHS/Public sector experience and knowledge.
* Experience using a HR database.
* Advanced PC skills including Excel and Word.

This role is available immediately with a possible start date in a week!

Salary up to £35,777 per annum

Based in Surrey.
