A large Technology company based in London are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join their organisation whilst they go through substantial change.

Due to recent success the company have plans to rapidly increase in size and therefore their HR team will be growing.

This is a new role within the current HR team and the successful candidate will already be an experienced HR Generalist who is looking to develop their existing skills and aim to progress their HR career.

You will be responsible for all aspects of HR whilst reporting into the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting and coaching Line Managers with ER issues.
* Working alongside Management to help develop and organise the current L&D program.
* Work with the HR Manager to ensure all policies and procedures are kept up to date.
* Payroll experience would be desirable but not essential.
* Support the HR Administrators and any issues they may have.
* Liaise with Managers regarding recruitment within their department.
* Internal communications activities and updates.

Key Experience:

* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* At least 2 years of HR Experience.
* Background within an IT/Media/Technology company is very desirable.
* Very organised.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to multi-task.

As an experienced HR Advisor you will be able to join the HR team with minimal training and able to showcase your current knowledge to help the company during these exciting times.

There will be three interviews before an offer will be made including an initial telephone interview.
