Are you a proactive individual with a strong background in Employee Relations within a fast paced and busy environment? An exceptionally successful retail brand is looking for a confident HR Advisor to start as soon as possible.


* Based within an easily-accessible area of Central London, with great transport links.
* This role will give you exposure to an in-depth, strategic position within a fast-paced environment.
* The HR Advisor will have the opportunity to create vital working relationships with both employees and key stakeholders.


* To act as the first point of contact for all levels of employees across the business across a broad and complex range of Employee Relations issues.
* Partnering with line managers and providing comprehensive Human Resources support as well as advising all levels of management and employees on statutory rights and responsibilities.
* Supporting the HR Manager and Resourcing Specialist in the recruitment processes for Head Office and the Operations team
* Payroll knowledge to collate information on employee payroll as well as maintaining the payroll system and ensuring records are kept accurate and up to date


* CIPD Qualified
* Strong Employee Relations experience and statutory knowledge is necessary
* Experience working in a fast paced retail/FMCG environment
* To perform as a collaborative team member who would drive passion and enthusiasm in their approach to all tasks
* Willingness to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, working under pressure to ensure deadlines are met and statutory guidelines adhered to.
