To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the HR department, ensuring that all data and information on employees is kept up to date across the business.

Support the HR department in the delivery of effective HR services in the areas of recruitment, on boarding, benefits administration, training and development, and payroll matters.

Assist the Head of HR in building the HR function as the Company doubles in size in the next year.

ESSENTIAL : 2.1 Degree Minimum (ideally from a reputable university)

To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the HR department, ensuring

Support the HR department in the delivery of effective HR services in the areas of

recruitment, on boarding, benefits administration, training and development, and payroll

matters.

Assist the Head of HR in building the HR function as the Company doubles in size in the

Key responsibilities

Undertake duties supporting the HR function including administration of recruitment,

starters and leavers, on boarding, employee absence, maternity and paternity leave,

probation procedure and other terms and conditions of employment.

Responsible for the Compliance of all the HR documentation within legal frameworks.

Process all pre-employment checks.

Maintain employee e-files.

Supports HR projects and initiatives.

Willing to be trained in payroll and benefit administration if necessary.

Recruitment

Ensure all recruitment information is updated, contacting managers and candidates, assisting with job descriptions, offers letters and contracts and dealing with pre-employment checks.

Work closely with the Head of HR and the line Managers, to support recruitment across the business.

Administration of New Joiners by setting up interviews and coordinating with recruitment consultants and head hunters

Leavers documentation and administration

Ensure tracking of recruitment and effective storage of cv's
