HR Administrator

Initial 3 month contract

Pay rate open to experience - £11ph - £14ph

Birmingham with free parking onsite

Are you an experienced HR Administrator within the Healthcare industry? Are you looking for your next challenge? If so, read on.

Due to growth, they are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on an initial 3 month contract contract basis at their offices in Birmingham.

  • Monday to Friday hours, 8am to 4pm

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Working with physical files
  • Proofreading skills.
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Providing administrative support to the Compliance team: data-entry, filing, printing, scanning, and updating HR systems
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation
  • Any other ad-hoc duties requested by the HR and Management Team

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience within a similar role
