The role


We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources who will take responsibility for:



* Owning entire UK HR Operation and supporting senior management on the full spectrum of HR issues
* Managing ER issues
* Developing policies and procedures align with the company's culture
* Delivering high performing initiatives, proactive and forward thinking approach
* Re-new entire on boarding and induction plans
* Review corporate Comp & Bens programme and future LTIP plans
* Coaching managers throughout the organisation to improve employee performance
* Supporting global mobility initiatives across locations (visas and relocation)
* Developing and administering compensation

Now the part about you
The person best suited for this role will have the following attributes:



* ESSENTIAL IS A PARTICULAR ATTENTION / EYE FOR DETAIL
* A solid HR background ideally working for a high net corporate business
* Experience in organisations with high IQ employees within best practice processes and frameworks
* Up to date employment law knowledge
* The ability to plan ahead effectively while also delivering on BAU priorities
* Curiosity and a willingness to challenge organisational culture where necessary
* Top university qualification or degree, with full CIPD qualification - MBA desirable

Ideally starting in July/August could accommodate sooner if necessary.
