One of our well known financial services organisations is looking for an experienced graduate recruiter to work on a 6-12 month contract.

They will be jointly responsible for the regional analyst recruitment, summer intern programme and first year programmes.

The successful candidate will design tactical campaigns in conjunction with wider recruiting teams and advise on key trends and developments in the graduate market.

Key responsibilities:



* Responsible for planning and execution of Bachelor level Graduate Recruiting activities regionally
* Partner Team Captain Committees, Regional Working Groups; Recruiting Champions and develop relationships with key stakeholders; drive recruitment strategies as appropriate
* Work with stakeholders in the region to develop business alignment perspectives and encourage/sustain/measure best practice and participation
* Partner Recruiting Specialists to embed diversity in candidate attraction and selection mechanisms
* Educate and hold the business accountable for diversification talent pool
* Work closely with the RPO vendor and internal brand champions to ensure seamless execution of the campus strategy
* School Relationship Management - UK and European schools
* Partner with regional and global recruiters to ensure globally consistent efforts on campus and within the programmes.
* Oversight of recruitment for and management of UK Spring into Banking and Analyst Intern programmes and subsequent conversion to full time hires
* Support and implement best practices around Global Operating Principles & governance.
* Builds and manage school, programme and divisional budgets as part of regional activity submissions
* Be an active team members contributing to the broader success of the team

Experience Requirement
