Are you a collaborative compensation professional with a passion for working with entrepreneurs, problem solving and shaping process?
If so, one of our professional services clients would be keen to hear from you. Our client is in the process of partnering with and investing in new businesses and has a vacancy for a senior compensation manager to support this growth by handling all compensation topics surrounding these acquisitions.

The successful candidate will be part of the Global Compensation team, partnering day to day with the Corporate Development function.

Responsibilities will include:



* Design and drive several aspects of compensation and broader HR topics related to acquisitions
* Act as central point and liaison between various other teams involved in acquisitions
* Key responsibilities will focus on the compensation and employment arrangements at the target companies, such as:
* Reviewing roles, including descriptions and responsibilities, and mapping relevant career framework
* Assessing pyramid/leverage model and making recommendations on fit
* Reviewing all elements of compensation and making recommendations on competitiveness in relevant markets (regional and functional)
* Building out our value proposition and compensation communications for leaders and staff
* Partnering with Global Benefits team on assessing and comparing benefit provision
* Leading due diligence reviews of other HR-related policies and topics


BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:



* Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
* 8+ years of corporate compensation experience, showing progression and leadership
* Deal and/or project management experience
* Familiarity with professional services companies and business models a plus
* Ability to drive analysis and processes with limited guidance, and comfort with uncertainty (e.g. potentially limited data)
* Proven ability to design creative solutions to ambiguous problems
* Strong written and verbal communication skills (especially in relation to senior executives and partners)
