Reporting to the HR Operations Manager , you will be responsible for delivering case management across corporate functions and senior management team.
* Key point of contact for line managers for issue resolution.
* Providing guidance and support to Line Managers and HR Business Partner communities in geography on performance improvement, grievance, absence, redundancy processes etc in line with local governance and legislation. This includes case management of these examples through to conclusion.
* Support line managers and employees with HR Service issue resolution - coaching on correct use of processes and advising on how to escalate issues with HR Services/via HR Service Delivery.
* Coach, counsel, and guide managers with regards to HR policy queries.
* Support key HR processes ensuring that they deliver the business needs
* Specific projects, including continuous improvement activities on HR operations and transactions
* Smooth running of HR administration, ensuring company and leglislative compliance, including filing
* Tracking policy queries and upskilling line manager capability
