ER Advisor / £40,000 / London (Hybrid)
We are currently recruiting an ER Advisor for an exciting opportunity in further education in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all employee relations matters.
Responsibilities
Provide advice and guidance to managers on disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management issues
Manage complex employee relations cases from beginning to end, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Work in partnership with HR Business Partners to provide a seamless service to the business
Develop and deliver training on employee relations matters to managers and employees
Keep up to date with employment law changes and ensure policies and procedures are updated accordingly
Requirements
Experience working as an Employee Relations Advisor within a further education setting
Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complex cases and provide pragmatic solutions
CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential
Salary
This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum.
