This role will involve working in partnership with key stakeholders such at IMG, Legal, Audit, Compliance and HR to advise on and promote consitancy when dealing with employee accountability.

Responsibilities will include ER challenges, balncing employment, regulatory, reputational and commercial risks to maintain a performance based culture.

This position has a primary focus on assisting with the conduct and management of HR internal investigations and global disciplinary processes.


* Management and conduct of ER involvement in IMG critical cases and other significant HR related internal investigations, including scoping, evidence gathering, data review and analysis and conduct of interviews with employees at all levels within the organisation, with a view to the delivery of appropriate work product for consideration by relevant stakeholders and disciplinary panels where relevant
* Liaising with key stakeholders such as IMG, Legal, Audit and Compliance as well as external counsel, in order to ensure effective conduct of global regulatory investigations
* Management of global disciplinary and grievance processes to ensure consistency of approach and outcome as well as key stakeholder engagement
* Panel member on disciplinary, grievance and redundancy appeals
* Identify key trends and provide solutions to address these on an ongoing basis
* Providing advice to HR BP's and BA's on complex ER issues

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex ER issues and fully understand legal requirements and ER best practice.
