Role Purpose…well know Charity is looking for an interim ER Specialist to cover whilst they recruit a permanent member of their team. The role is to manage a team of x6 advisors coaching mentoring and overall accountable for all ER cases across their organisation.

Own the employee relations (ER) team, including but not limited to policy development & design, leading a team of x6 HR Advisors, coach Line Managers and basically be the main point of escalation for all complex and high-risk cases

* CIPD qualified or relevant similar experience
* ER : Overseeing Employee relations cases, including complex cases and Employment Tribunals
* Experience of coaching current team of x6 HR Advisors - previous management skills essential
* Essential is up to date employment legislation / case law
* Experience of analysing data, developing reports and KPIs and providing insights

This is an interim role but the client will consider the incumbent for the longer term perm role.
