A leading Financial Services organisation is looking for a DEI Business Partner to join their fast- paced HR department. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior diversity, equity and inclusion professional who is looking to make a big impact in a highly reputable global firm.
This is a 6 month interim opportunity, offering the successful candidate great exposure globally and would be the ideal fit for a self-motivated individual with string project experience.
Role includes;
- Leading the program management of the organisations action plan to advance racial equity and inclusion under the leadership of the Global Head of Inclusion and Diversity
- Maintaining a high level of expertise in best practices in diversity, equity and inclusion; Remain abreast of current research, activities and trends in the DEI field
- Partner and collaborate with the global DEI team, DEI Champions and Business Leads, Recruiting, HR Talent Team and HR Business Partner colleagues to align, improve, design and deliver of the strategic DEI objectives
- Provide on-going consultancy to the HR Business Partners to design, develop and execute on business and location-specific DEI plans
- Facilitate and/or present at sessions and workshops
