A leading Professional Services organisation is looking for a HR Consultant to join their fast- paced, dynamic HR Consultancy line of business. Based near St.Pauls Cathedral, in beautiful modern offices, is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional who is looking for a varied role with great scope for career development.

This is a permanent HR Generalist position, offering the successful candidate a high level of autonomy and exposure within the business and across multiple external clients. The organisation prides itself on its people and offers great benefits which reflect this outlook.

Role includes;



* Support the consultancy's clients on and off site to proactively manage their HR function on a day to day basis by providing clear, concise and compliant advice on a range of HR topics together with the provision of relevant supporting documentation
* Confident in advising clients of the business on all HR topics, including Employee Relations, Employment Law, Talent Management, Recruitment and L&D
* Undertake HR audits and reviews at client premises both for existing clients and new clients
* Review, assess and update client documentation including policies and procedures, contractual documentation
* Undertake specific projects for clients. These may include reviewing HR processes and statutory requirements, recruitment, grievances, disciplinary matters, TUPE and redundancy
* Assist with the marketing of the HR Consultancy
* Adopt a proactive approach to all aspects of the role in order to assist with the development and growth of good HR practices within the team and for clients
* Experienced in providing both verbal and written HR and employment law advice within the UK on a range of employment matters, including identifying options and the associated risks with each course of action
* Ability to recognise cross-selling opportunities and act upon them
* Assist in achieving the revenue targets each year

The ideal candidate will be a confident, motivated professional, who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of people focused team. Three years minimum professional HR Generalist experience in a HR consultancy is desired. CIPD or equivalent and a strong knowledge of HR systems is required.
