If you are an efficient Compensation Analyst with previous experience of reporting and providing process support, one of our global financial services clients would like to hear from you.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a database that tracks the global risk taker population including tracking changes, regular reporting and analytics.
The role holder will also be responsible for supporting the global regulatory compensations team with the planning and execution or processes and overall reporting and providing analytics support to the broader compensations team.

The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of HR processes and excellent Excel and Powerpoint knowledge and experience.

They will also be able to evaluate compensation data to identify issues, recommendations and business improvement opportunities.
