Compensation & Benefits Lead with SM Expertise and additional knowledge of core HR processes to take ownership several geographically locations. In line with Global C&B Director Define local strategy, execution plans and coordinate related C&B activities (UK and Ireland possibly - Europe, Middle East, Africa or Canada

Associate Director, C&B - UK /Ireland / EMEA

Responsible for

* Design and delivery of global/regional programs
* Implementation of global and EMEA strategy,
* Develop C&B solutions in local markets
* Total ownership of local HR Leads (UK and Ireland)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following main tasks:

* Review programs/plans / policies for C&B to support your region/ client group
* Collaborating with HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure full understanding rewards framework and policies
* Collaborate and integrate with C&B CoE Leaders at the region level
* Manage vendors - benefits administration
* Full management of budgeting activity end to end across your region
* Ensure compliance with corporate C&B policies, programs and guidelines


* Degree in HR , Business Administration etc ( equivalent work experience )
* Demonstrated experience and skill in conducting needs analysis and ability to summarize and communicate needs and recommendations to management at all levels verbally and in writing
* Knowledge of core HR processes with depth in the areas of compensation and benefits; previous exposure to Work Councils/Union preferred
* In-depth knowledge in the space of benefits/ pension work
* Knowledge of regulated, technically-based business
* External benchmarking/membership of external C&B exchange groups
* Demonstrated ability to partner with Senior Management and influence decision-making
