Training Coordinator - Apprenticeship Levy Experience - Competitive Salary

Unique opportunity to work for one most forward thinking and successful Insurance company in the City. our client is looking for an apprenticeship levy coordinator to admin their apprenticeship programmes.

Responsibilities



* Recruitment of A-Level students and 2nd jobbers
* Research how to source information of how financial services recruit for their apprenticeship Schemes.
* Develop a detailed 3-year trainee programme
* Understand requirements of the scheme and ensure compliance.
* Find ways to better utilise the levy through meeting the requirements of the scheme
* Maintain company training records at individual, country and group level.
* Training budget, raise purchase orders, track and process invoices.
* Monitoring the central training mailbox; responding to or escalating queries as necessary.

Requirements:



* Experience working in Learning and Development.
* Experience managing in-house apprenticeship.
* Experience managing apprenticeship Levy (desirable)
* Great attention to detail
* Ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
