Digby Morgan is proud to partner with an incredibly established global FinTech organisation based in Wimbledon, who are presently seeking a permanent Human Resources Manager to support their 100-person UK operation.

As the HR Manager you will be responsible for:

* Leading and partnering with the Senior Leadership Team and the wider employee population in executing and delivering the high-performance global HR vision
* Managing a team of 2 junior HR individuals under you
* Designing and advising on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation and ensuring appropriate and trusted processes are in place
* Providing a pragmatic approach regarding all Employee Relations issues
* Leading and taking part in global projects related to HR infrastructure enhancement

Required Experience/Competencies:

* At least 5-7 years of HR generalist experience with a strong emphasis on providing a informal but best-practice focused approach to HR
* Experience line-managing and coaching junior HR professionals
* Expertise in managing and supporting multiple stakeholders while executing organisational HR agenda
* Demonstrated experience in achieving strategic HR initiatives
* Exude relationship-focused and pragmatic approach to HR
* Passionate about joining and adding value to a high-performance and people/culture focused environment
