Due to growth, they are looking for a Benefits Administrator to join them on an initial 7 month basis.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day to day operation of EMEA pension and benefit plans
- Working with Services and Payroll on service delivery of pension and benefits plans
- Managing documentation of all benefits plans and pensions throughout Germany and Luxembourg
- Payment, processing and tracking of benefits invoices
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience as a Benefits Administrator in the financial industry
- German proficiency
- Strong strategic skills, with savvy minded analytic skills
