Digby Morgan is delighted to have won the prestigious Recruiter 2008 Award for the best Human Resources Recruitment Firm.

The judges particularly liked the company's graduate coaching and retention programme launched last year. Taking on six graduates annually, Digby Morgan provides an ongoing programme of coaching and mentoring, seen as a 'talent development; scheme by the company. Respectful of the changing career needs of the individual, the company freely encourages its graduates to look at opportunities elsewhere - surprisingly, even helping them find new positions. And yet the company has found that this mature approach has had a positive effect on retention."
Employee's testimony: "I've been in recruitment for 13 years, and this is the first firm I've worked at where the principals do not have a sales background: our managing director is a HR person. We are not about CV send-outs, we're about quality of service. There's no short-term gratification praise, and because we are very proactive, it cuts down on the peaks and troughs and leads to very low staff turnover."
