Flying in the face of recent negative sector news and in a move that reflects the continuing demand for talented HR professionals across all sectors in the UK, Digby Morgan, the UK’s leading specialist HR search and selection consultancy, has made further senior and strategic appointments in its London and Thames Valley offices.

Digby Morgan's 1st anniversary in the Thames Valley is being celebrated by the arrival of two experienced new consultants. Lee Krawczyk-Brown has joined Digby Morgan’s Thames Valley office as a senior consultant in the company’s interim appointments team. Prior to joining Digby Morgan, Lee was with David Chorley International and, latterly, Davis Green where he spent six years as a Manager. Lee's specialism is within the interim sector where his clients have included some major blue chips as well as a number of niche and SME organisations.

Debbie Ranwell is also joining the Thames Valley team. Debbie, who previously ran her own boutique recruitment business in the region, joins the company in the team responsible for placing entry to mid level HR professionals.

Commenting on her appointment, Debbie said: "I’m looking forward to contributing to the continued success of the Thames Valley office and especially to consolidating my knowledge and experience of recruiting in the Reading area in a challenging but exciting market phase. Knowing that I am joining the premier specialist in HR recruitment is especially confidence inspiring as I know that in testing times, Digby Morgan's significant expertise will be absolutely crucial to the ongoing commercial success of the region"

Digby Morgan's London office has also been adding to its experienced ranks and Julie Nicol has joined as a consultant in the London team responsible for placing entry to mid level HR professionals. Julie spent the last three years at Hanson Search working on specialising in marketing communications recruitment and is delighted to be joining the HR sector leader.

"With a couple of jobs under my belt I felt that I was ready to move up and face the challenges of working for what is the leading HR recruitment business in Europe,” said Julie. “It’s a really exciting industry right now and I’m looking forward to helping the company further exploit the opportunities in this still buoyant market."
