For our Spring 2008 intake the recruitment process is as follows:

 CV and Application Form

To apply candidates should complete the application form

Telephone interview

Once we receive applications, short-listed candidates will

be invited for a telephone interview

February - May 2008

Assessment Day

Successful candidates will be invited to our offices for an

assessment afternoon. The assessment will involve an

interview, two group exercises and a short presentation. It

will be followed by informal drinks where you will be able

to meet and speak to the Digby Morgan team

Final interview

At the final interview stage you will meet with the
