For our Spring 2008 intake the recruitment process is as follows:

Telephone interview Once we receive applications, short-listed candidates will be invited for a telephone interview |

Assessment Day Successful candidates will be invited to our offices for an assessment afternoon. The assessment will involve an interview, two group exercises and a short presentation. It will be followed by informal drinks where you will be able to meet and speak to the Digby Morgan team |

Final interview At the final interview stage you will meet with the Company Directors |
