The Graduate Scheme

The Digby Morgan Graduate Trainee Recruitment Programme is for exceptionally talented, like-minded and well grounded individuals to join us as Associates. We provide the support and development opportunities for our Associates to progress their careers in a driven and commercial environment, equipping them with the tools and ‘know-how’ they need to become successful recruitment consultants.

Currently we are recruiting for Associate consults to be able to join us in January or February 2010.
