Sue Ritchie is a qualified teacher and this love of people along with her innate commercial skill led her to recruitment and in particular to HR recruitment. Sue joined HR Partners in Sydney in 1998 and was then given the opportunity to return to her native Victoria to establish the Melbourne office, where she has been instrumental in making the company the leading player in HR recruitment.
