As Associate Director, Michael heads up the Interim practice and is responsible for all non permanent recruitment services offered by Digby Morgan. With over 23 years' experience in HR and Recruitment, Michael joined Digby Morgan two years ago initially hiring senior level HR professionals globally. He has recently moved to his new role, and is responsible for a highly successful Interim recruitment team, out from London. Michael's background includes over five years running and then selling his own HR recruitment business, as well as setting up HR recruitment divisions within large recruitment groups. Outside of work he is a keen Triathlete, and is a member of the GB Age Group team - off to the European Championships in 2012.
