As Executive Director with Digby Morgan, Dona has built our City practice and also gained fifteen years’ experience recruiting senior level HR executives into City institutions, mostly through executive search. Dona has extensive knowledge of the financial and professional service sectors and has worked with almost all of our City clients, from global investment banks and magic circle law firms to a broad range of smaller, niche players across hedge funds, private equity and venture capital. Dona also has significant international experience, having led the development of the Digby Morgan Gulf regional business and opening of our Dubai office in October 2008; she is currently focusing upon developing our presence across Asia.
