An experienced consultant with an MBA from the Wharton Business School, Beate has more than 10 years' experience in the executive recruitment sector including spells with Magna Consulting and running her own consultancy. Prior to entering the recruitment sector, Beate worked in strategy consulting for Oliver Wyman, a specialist in the financial services industry, in London and Frankfurt. Since joining Digby Morgan in 2007 Beate has focussed on senior level recruitment with a special emphasis on the energy and pharmaceutical sectors and the reward function. Beate is an Associate Director for the senior interim team at Digby Morgan.
