Alistair Cook - Chief Operating Officer
Alistair is the Chief Operating Officer for Digby Morgan Group and an Executive Director of Digby Morgan Dubai. He has over 20 years experience of executive recruitment gained in the human resource market and previoulsy in finance recruitment with Hays and Robert Half. He runs global operations for the company globally and is a regular visitor to Dubai.

Jacquie Beck – Company Secretary
Jacquie is the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director and Company Secretary for Digby Morgan Dubai. Jacquie qualified as a chartered accountant with BDO Stoy Hayward in 1990 and has 15 years experience of working in companies in the service sector. Jacquie is responsible for the groups finance teams.

Laurel Wise - Managing Consultant
Laurel joined Digby Morgan on their highly regarded Associate Programme and transferred to our Dubai office in 2009. She was promoted to managing Consultant for the Digby Morgan office in Dubai, working across the Middle East Region. She focuses on the FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Telecoms and manages the team based in the UAE.

Debbie Gillie – Senior Consultant
Debbie joined Digby Morgan in February 2010. She extensive experience of recruiting in Real Estate, Banking and Recruitment. Debbie specialises in the financial and professional services industry. She started her career in recruitment with Hays and was working with Real HR in Dubai befotre joining the company. Clients include Investment and Private Banks, Finance companies, Insurance companies and Accountancy and Auditors.

Dona-Mirelle Battat - Director
Dona has worked with Digby Morgan for over 15 years and is the Director of the City practice in London. She has extensive knowledge of the financial and professional industries and has worked with almost all of our clients across these sectors, from global investment banks to magic circle law firms, and a range of smaller, niche players. During 2008 Dona managed the development of Digby Morgan across the Gulf region and played key role in establishing the company as the first HR specialist in Dubai.

Danielle joined Digby Morgan's interim team at the beginning of 2010. She started her career with Hudson in Australia 2005 where she built a successful business focusing the Public Sector.
