Our History

Digby Morgan was established in the UK in 1988 and has risen to become a premier international HR recruitment business.

We supply recruitment solutions across the board from brand-leading multinationals worldwide, to specialised niche companies. We have grown to provide solutions on a global scale from our offices in London, the Thames Valley, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and through our expanding operations elsewhere in the world.

From our initial focus on permanent HR appointments right up to board level, in 2001 Digby Morgan entered the Interims market to meet the growing demand for HR professionals to be provided
on an interim and temporary basis. We are now a leader in this area.

In November 2006 Digby Morgan joined forces with Vedior, who have now merged with Randstad Holding to create the world's second largest recruitment company, based in Amsterdam. This has hugely increased our influence around the globe and allows us to cast a very wide net for our clients.
